Booked here due to all of the good reviews but did not have a similar experience ! Open checking into our two bedroom suite I noticed one of the rooms and bathrooms had a horrible musty /urine like odor. Room also seemed pretty run down and one of the sinks was caulked together. Next morning we asked the desk to check put the smell. We left for the day with our 2 kids before 9 and came back after 4 and no one even came for housekeeping in that time. When I called the desk to tell them about housekeeping and inquire about the smell, no apology, update or offer to change rooms. They sounded inconvenienced. We are bonvoy gold elite so typically pick Marriott so this was a bummer. Staff at breakfast was the only highlight. For 900$ for 2 nights I don’t think we would stay again. We actually had a suite booked for next weekend also but I cancelled due to our experience.

Wonderful hotel for families. Place was super clean, saw lots of staff walking around and were very quick when we had issue with TV. Our room very spacious and having a full kitchen made dinner much easier than finding restaurants without a wait. The hotel allows dogs and unfortunately means stinky dog smell at the entrances. Pool was nice to have but not heated. Gym was OK, small but able to get good workout in. WiFi in my room was awful, speeds were very slow and unusable. Location is amazing, easy walk to the outlets and multiple restaurants. We will be back!

What a delightful hotel in a great location! It was perfect for our little family with a teen and big doggie. We immediately had a big impact on the team when we locked ourselves out of the bedroom. Shawn came up and rescued us. He would continue to be a gem of a human being throughout our stay. We also had the absolute pleasure working with Lindsay and Renee. Both went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We will be back soon for a fall or winter getaway. Thank you all! :)

Great location in the Mt. Washington Valley area. Wonderful views and easy access to White Mountain National Forest and the tallest peak in the North East at Mt. Washington. All amenities are in the area and hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff is extremely helpful.

good stay. staff were friendly and helpful. they also had a camp fire with smores available for guests. breakfast was much better than most other hotels of similar menu. would stay here again.

Horrible experience during our stay with a pool closure and communication from their management. Told us the pool would be close all day. Asked them for company and they told me that the pool was only closed temporarily. We checked out and they messaged to us that the pool reopened shortly after we left. Simple and consistent communication would have been great

I just visited here over Memorial weekend. Me and my family had an amazing stay here! The hotel is located centrally in North Conway, so you are close to lots of shops, restaurants, & attractions. The hotel is updated with lots of amenities …
